Please Note: The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) states that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy. ACOG also recommends that pregnant women never let their core body temperature rise above 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit. For this purpose, we keep our hot tub at 101 F. However, if you are pregnant, please do not submerge your body for more than 10 minutes. You must be in your second trimester (13 weeks) in order to receive a massage at Bow Tie.
